Homerun in My Heart: The Gator

I'll be honest, I'm sad Phil beat me to the moustache punch.
I love a man with a moustache, making the 70's baseball's undeniably best era.

But nonetheless, I will start with a little 1970's hometown 'represent':
Ron Guidry--AKA Gator--from Lafayette, LA, looking SHARP with his 'stache.

It should be noted that in addition to being a hometown boy from the 70's, Ron was with the Yankees, giving him three home runs in my heart without even getting to his dreamy core (and before noting that the passing of Torre was also the passing of Ron's pitching career for the Yankees).

I will return with my top 5, which I think instead of being my favs, will be my top 5 feelings about MEN IN UNIFORM.

Here is a possible preview:

just imagine the sound effect to this form fitting photo.
It's something like "GONK!"
